Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide support by identifying, resolving & escalating the problem to ensure the service committed is meet & problem is solved.
  • Attend troubleshooting which includes hardware, POS, software, OS, application, system, IT peripherals, network infrastructure problem arises.
  • Provide support of IT infrastructure such as PC, Laptop, printer, Wi-Fi, network, & IT peripherals.
  • Arrange IT asset purchase order & maintain IT asset record & related documents.
  • Able to work under minimum supervision & has sense of urgency in response to system problems & service commitments.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Customer service oriented with good verbal & non-verbal communication
  • Required skill(s): Hand-on knowledge as IT help desk support, understood network topology, LAN & WAN, Active Directory network
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
  • Applicants must be willing to work in TUARAN & able to travel to subsidiaries if required.
